Today I finally completed my coin count for 2015. I expect the results are somewhat different from previous years, given my changed life style - less walking around Oxford, and more mooching about in London. This is what I found laying in the streets last year (figures in brackets are for 2014):

While my coin count is a bit down - third year in a row! - value is up, mainly because of that lucky find of £10. Not bad really, considering how fewer hours I now spend walking the streets. Also not too many Euro coins - I spent too much time meeting up with people, rather than staring at the ground!
I like to think some internet archaeologist will one day in the future use these coin counts to build a picture of the state of our streets ....
Happy 2016 Everyone!!!!
